Remember that these are approximate measurements. If your measurements are between two sizes, choose the larger size.

With 👗dresses+ garments, it is common to need to make minor alterations (such as adding straps, adjusting the length of the garment, narrowing the waist, or other minor adjustments) to adapt the garment to the customer's body. We recommend that you have a seamstress who can make these adjustments.

It is important that when choosing your size, you consider the garment's pattern (whether it is fitted, oversized, with a cut at the waist and flare, etc.).

To find your size, it is important to take your measurements carefully. Use a flexible tape measure (a sewing tape measure). When taking your measurement, the tape should not be too tight or too loose. Try to take your measurements standing up and in your underwear.

• Take your bust measurement with the type of bra you normally wear.
• Take your waist measurement at the narrowest part of your torso; the tape measure should be several centimeters above your belly button.
• Take your hip measurement at the widest part of your hips.

How to exchange a product?
● Clothing. Whether you want to exchange a size or style, or to exchange the product for a completely different one, the exchange period is 30 days from the date the dress is delivered. Items must be returned in the same condition as when they were sent. This means: unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached, and in their original packaging.
● Accessories. No exchanges or refunds are allowed.
Changes

• We want all our customers to be happy with their orders. Therefore, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it or exchange it for another item. All return costs are borne by us, so you don't have to worry.

• Under no circumstances can an exchange be made if the product is not in mint condition, unlabeled, properly protected and unused.

• No re-shipment will be made until our warehouse verifies the receipt and condition of the return or exchange.
